Orders
A listing is an invitation to offer. Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send an order confirmation. We may decline an order, or cancel it before dispatch, if a piece is no longer available, if a price was shown in error, or if we cannot complete the payment. If we cancel, we refund what you paid.
Prices are shown in Indian rupees and include GST where the product page says so. The total you confirm at checkout is the amount due, including any shipping charge shown there.
Handmade work
The pieces are finished by hand. Colour, carving, and weight can differ slightly from the photographs. That difference is a quality of the work. A piece that is damaged in transit, or that does not match the description, is covered by the return and cancellation policy.
Payment and delivery
Payment is taken by the method you choose at checkout. We do not store your full card number. Delivery times and the address we ship to are covered by the shipping policy. Risk in a piece passes to you when the courier marks it delivered to the address you gave us.
Accounts and comments
You are responsible for keeping your account access private. Reviews and other notes you post must be your own, must not infringe someone else’s rights, and must not be unlawful or abusive. We may remove a comment that breaks these terms. If you post one, you allow us to show it on the site with your name.
The website
The photographs, text, and marks on this site belong to MohanJodero or its licensors. You may look at them for your own use. You may not copy them for sale, or frame the site so that it looks like someone else’s. You may link to a public page if the link is not misleading and does not suggest we sponsor you.
We work to keep the site accurate and available. We do not promise that every listing, price, or page will be free of error or interruption.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that Indian law does not allow us to limit. Subject to that, we are not liable for loss that was not a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms, or for loss caused by a courier, customs authority, or a network outside our control.
Changes and law
We may update these terms by posting the new version on this page. An order already confirmed keeps the terms that applied when you placed it. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Delhi have jurisdiction.
