This note explains what MohanJodero collects when you use the website, create an account, or place an order, and what you can ask us to do with it. By using the site you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not send us personal details.
Who we are
MohanJodero is the company responsible for this website. You can write to us at care@mohanjodero.com, call +91 8595651616, or visit A-3, 51, First Floor, Sector-7, Rohini, Delhi 110085.
What we collect
- Details you give us: name, email, phone, delivery address, and the message in a contact form or order note.
- Account details: the email and password you choose, or the name and email shared when you sign in with Google.
- Order details: the pieces you buy, the amount paid, and the status of dispatch and delivery.
- Technical details: a cookie that keeps your basket, and basic logs such as browser type and the pages you open, used to run and protect the site.
How we use it
We use this information to take and deliver orders, answer questions, keep your account, remember a basket, send a newsletter you asked for, and meet tax and accounting duties. Payment card numbers are handled by the payment provider at checkout. We do not store your full card number on this website.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the services needed to complete an order — payment, delivery, and email — or when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep order and account records for as long as we need them to fulfil the order, handle a return, and meet legal duties. You can update your name, email, and addresses from your account. You can ask us to correct or delete other personal information by writing to care@mohanjodero.com. We may retain what we must keep for tax, fraud, or an open dispute.
Cookies
The site uses cookies so you can stay signed in and so the basket survives a refresh. You can block cookies in your browser. Parts of checkout and the account will then stop working.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page. Continued use of the site after that posting means you accept the update.
